Why can't I receive/view my activation email?

What does this cover?
When you create a profile and email will be sent to the email address you specify to which you must respond in order for your account to become fully active.

In some cases it may appear as if you don't recieve the email.

Why can this happen?
The most likely cause is your email addresses junk mail filters either moving your activtion email to a folder you do not reguarly view or deleting your activation email altogether.

What can I do?
If you are using a Hotmail email address, please read our guidelines for Hotmail junk email filter settings and automatic deletion of "junk" email.
