THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY SPECIFICALLY TO THE USE OF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS BY CUP OF SUGAR LIMITED AND ARE IN ADDITION TO THE STANDARD CUP OF SUGAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. PRIVACY

   COS will never share your email address with any individual, group or organisation. Your email address will never be intentionally revealed to any other COS member.

2. USE OF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

   Your email address will be used:

   • when resetting your profile password

   • to advise you of the progress of your new profile

   • to inform you that you have received a flirt from another COS member

   • to send you messages sent to you by other COS members

   • to send you newsletters, if you choose to receive them

3. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

   COS may alter the use of your email address and will take reasonable effort to maintain this document accordingly.

   COS will NEVER alter it's policy of keeping your email address private at all times.
